This position serves as a key member of the Shift•ology team by coordinating and producing virtual experiences, supporting client communication projects and helping execute high-quality work across multiple industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details, communicates clearly and takes pride in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This role combines project coordination, content development, client support and technology, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute to meaningful work that creates positive change in agriculture, rural health and communities.

- Additional content development support for blogs, newsletters, social media, websites and other communication materials.
- Greater continuity across projects by maintaining project documentation, content libraries, timelines and communication workflows.
- Enhanced client service through responsive coordination, timely follow-up and dependable execution of deliverables.
