The Value of Clearly Discovering, Knowing and Articulating your WHY

 

On a recent episode of our Shooting the Shift podcast, we had an extremely fascinating conversation with Dr. Gary Sanchez, the founder of the WHY Institute and a discovery tool to help anybody discover not just their own “WHY,” but also their HOW and WHAT, along with the ability to easily articulate it in about 8 minutes. The process of discovering our Why Operating Systems (WHY.os) has greatly influenced they way we understand and work collectivity here at Shift•ology.
