Cassie Jo quickly steps in, gets things done and always finds the right words to say.
Before joining Shift•ology in 2021, she spent nearly 15 years as the corporate communications manager for a top farm and food company’s operations, overseeing all internal and external messaging. A lifelong advocate for agriculture, Cassie Jo grew up on a farm, raising pigs and steers. Today, she still calls farm life home. She works remotely from Paulding, Ohio, where she lives with her grain-farming husband, Nick, and their four active daughters, Addison, Katherine, Kiersten and Adrienne, who keep her busy with volleyball, basketball, track, softball, 4-H and FFA. In what some people refer to as “spare time,” Cassie Jo also coaches youth volleyball.
