Kari Griffith

Kari is the glue that keeps the Shift•ology team and our office intact and running like a well-oiled machine. She aids our account managers in identifying clients’ true vision, developing sound strategies and delivering the small details. With 20+ years of administrative work in government, technology and insurance, she applies a diverse background to add a unique perspective to our clients’ needs. Another #boymom in the office, Kari is the only Shifter to go to a Big Ten school other than Ohio State – she’s a Badger through and through, which makes football season a little competitive in the office.
