Family Health Services of Darke County is in the midst of a transformative period for its brand, facilities and the healthcare landscape in the communities it serves. Despite forward momentum from an expansion project at its Greenville headquarters, Family Health is still faced with many of the same challenges as other healthcare organizations, such as a change in public attitudes towards physicians and vaccinations post-Covid, workforce shortages, and lessening trust in healthcare and institutions – impacting both internal and external communications.
