Cassie Jo helps leading companies find creative and effective methods of communicating to reach their business goals and share their passion for agriculture. Prior to joining Shift•ology, she spent 15 years managing all internal and external communication for Cooper Farms, a leading turkey, hog and egg company. Cassie Jo grew up on a farm, showing pigs and steers. She works from her home office in Paulding, Ohio, where she resides with her grain farming husband, Nick; and is a (super) mom to four girls who are extremely active in volleyball, basketball, track and softball, 4-H and FFA. In what some people refer to as “spare time,” Cassie Jo also coaches youth volleyball.
